Propuesta de Estatutos para la Alianza y decisiones que tomar

Buenos días grupo motor, Espero que hayáis pasado un buen fin de semana. Os comparto la propuesta de estatutos para la Alianza (gracias, Tica!) que debemos cerrar de cara a nuestra próxima reunión de Grupo Motor que será el día 13 de noviembre. Sobre los estatutos hay varias cosas que consensuar, en el documento marcadas en amarillo: - Domicilio social de la asociación (página 2) - IMPORTANTE. Página 3: Quiénes van a ser los componentes de la Junta Directiva. Cargos que necesitamos designar: - Presidencia - Vicepresidencia - Tesorería - Secretaría - Vocalías (el numero de vocales lo determinamos también, pero mínimo, que haya un vocal) ¿Candidatos, candidatas? - Tiempo de duración de los cargos de Junta. En la propuesta de estatutos pone 6 años - Número de cuotas insatisfechas para perder la condición de socio. Os animo a ir avanzando en esto porque los estatutos los necesitamos concretar independientemente de si optamos por la vía transformación de la asociación existente o por la vía constitución desde cero (esto estamos en el proceso de que gente con mayor conocimiento nos ayude a dirimir qué opción es la mejor y más rápida y pertinente). Bon dia, Os paso enlace al documento en drive de la carta de respuesta al ministro donde están recogidos los argumentos compartidos para darle forma y enviarla.
